A solid copper bar, 7mm diameter, is rolled down to a thickness of 1.3mm by rolling it 6 times on our Durston roller, then compressed several times in height to a height of 4mm on an 8-form profile The multiple rolling compacts the material and makes it very hard and, in particular, highly resilient due to the 8-form profile. Cut the strip to length according to your dimensions. Then grind and polish both sides until the copper is highly polished. The workpiece is pressed into a round shape on our tailstock, the ends slightly bent and forged,,, For shipping, flatten the bangle, connect with pieces of cable. Then….and then: wrapped, placed in a bubble envelope, address label with the tracking code on it … and off to the post office … and then the copper upper bracelet will soon be in your letterbox.
