and this is how we made the Diana bracelet:
We saw out a 4mm wide and 3mm thick strip (to your measurements long) of solid copper. Then we roll the strip to a thickness of 2.5mm. The sides and ends are ground round, then the inner and outer sides are finely ground and polished. Pressed into the oval shape with a hand press, the ends lightly forged,,,and then. wrapped, put in a bubble envelope, address label with the tracking code on it … and off to the post office … and then the bracelet will soon be in your letterbox.

As the bracelet was made exactly to your specifications, it fits very precisely on the front of your wrist. As it is only 4 mm wide and weighs just 15 grams, the bracelet is very comfortable to wear and is barely noticeable on the wrist. Despite its low weight, the copper bracelet is very durable and is also suitable for daily use. As it is quite thin, it can only be worn to a very limited extent for sports activities such as golf or tennis.
