and this is how we did it:
We saw out a 15mm wide and 3mm thick strip (in length according to your measurements) of solid copper. The sides and ends are ground round, then the inner and outer sides are finely ground and polished. The surface in particular is carefully polished to a mirror finish, i.e. absolutely smooth. Slight traces of forging are only visible at the ends. Pressed into the oval shape with a press, polished again… and then wrapped, put in a bubble envelope, address label with the tracking code on it… and off to the post office… and then the bracelet will soon be in your letterbox.
This copper bangle is also made to your exact specifications. This copper bangle therefore has a very precise fit at the front of the wrist, the width of approx. 15mm and the weight of almost 55 grams are somewhat noticeable on the wrist. This bracelet is absolutely resistant and is therefore suitable for daily use even under very demanding conditions. Limited suitability (due to the width and weight) for sports activities such as golf or tennis. Absolutely waterproof.
Here about copper: This copper bracelet is hand-forged from solid copper, so the skin contact is exclusively copper. Although this has not been scientifically proven, many people report that a copper bracelet helps them with inflammation, muscle tension, joint pain and rheumatic complaints.
